Re-staining 96 BS

I applied a darker coat of stain to this project today and will finish this up tomorrow.

There is some painting that still needs to be done before I move onto the polyurethane.

All American Day Painting

Today I finished up the painting. It's looking pretty good and the polyurethane will be going on starting tomorrow.

USC Trojans - Doors sized

The final sizing of the doors is now complete. Now the engraving looks like it is supposed to.

Just waiting to get the customers choice for the top of the doors, straight or arched.

All American Day Staining

I've completed the staining work on this cabinet. The shade is Sedona Red from Minwax. Next up, I will be painting the logo to match the original logo.

All American Day Update

The final sanding of all parts is complete so the cabinet is moving down to the finishing area to wait it's turn. Hopefully sometime midweek I can start the staining.

MORE RAIN ....

*UPDATE* Thankfully, this wasn't nearly as bad as the last storm that rolled through. There was some flash flooding in my neighborhood and a little water did make it's way into the basement but nothing that required vacuuming to remove. SO, business as usual. * End of Update*

Well, I'm heading home and roads are flooded and closed everywhere. This is the radar for my area. I'm dead center of the red area. I have a feeling there will be more water seeping into the basement which means a day or two of drying out and dehumidifiers running round the clock. This will once again slow down the work on cabinets.

Staining 96 BS Cabinet

Tonight I started staining the parts of the 96 BS cabinet. Tomorrow I'll flip all the pieces and stain the opposite sides.
